About Apollo Teaching Services

Apollo Teaching Services are committed to improving the quality of supply teaching services across the UK.

Our Background

Apollo Teaching Services was founded in 2006 by an experienced teacher and recruitment consultant who saw the changing needs of schools in the procurement of temporary teaching staff. We firmly believe that supply teachers should be able to provide a service that does not deter from the quality of teaching that pupils enjoy and that schools expect.

Our Values

Safeguarding children is at the heart of everything we do.
All Apollo Teaching Services staff undergo a series of compliance checks to ensure that they more than match the exacting standards as set out by the Department of Education. Our online platform allows schools to view the checks carried out against each member of staff at any time. The recruitment platform is designed to give you complete peace of mind.

Our Community

At Apollo Teaching Services we value our local communities and do our best to support as many worthy causes as we can each year.

From charity fundraisers to athletic championships we want to contribute to the events and organisations that are important to our schools and staff.

We want to give back to the schools that trust us to provide their pupils with high quality cover staff. To that end, we are delighted to be launching free, unique and inclusive one-off sessions for our schools covering mindfulness and team work.

Over the last year we have supported national and local charities, community awards, school specific events and fundraisers for individuals. Please take a look at our Community Values page for more information.
