A registration appointment can go last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. It’s really dependant on the amount of questions you have and how much you already know about Apollo.

We will try our best to give you as much notice as possible. If you are doing day to day supply cover, expect a phone call any time from 7am.

You can learn more about our services by speaking to your local branch.  Go to the Contact tab and click 'Our Offices' to find the relevant contact details.

  • CV – Ensuring you have a full employment history with no gaps.
  • 2 proofs of ID – Passport, Birth certificate, Drivers licence.
  • 2 proofs of address – Bank statement/Utility bill dated in the last 3 months.
  • Other documents – P45, Council tax/Mortgage statement dated in the last 12 months.
  • 3 reference details – Must be details of your most recent and previous employment/tutor (Has to be professional)
  • Overseas police check – If you have lived or worked outside the UK since the age of 18.
  • DBS on the Update Service– You can obtain a DBS via the GOV.UK website.
  • Highest form of qualification documents

It varies depending on the status of your documents. It can be a couple of days, but if you need to process a new DBS it could be a couple of weeks.
