The Seren Academy

Deadline for submissions is extended to Friday 5 July 2024.

Year 9 Seren learners need to express their interest to become part of the Seren Academy in September. Your Seren hub co-ordinator will have shared further details and the online form with you. 

Personalised assessments

  • Numeracy (Reasoning) resources – Numerical reasoning resources can be accessed via the personalised assessments learner report and group skills profile reports following a Numeracy (Reasoning) Personalised Assessment. Once your learners have taken an assessment, you can use these new resources to help develop their reasoning skills.
  • Seeing how your learners are progressing – Personalised assessment progress reports are updated each time an assessment is taken in order to build up a picture of learner and class/group progress over time. Have you scheduled assessments yet this year to find out how your learners are progressing? Remember, the personalised assessments are mandatory in the 2023 to 2024 school year and the requirements are set out in the Administration Handbook.
