Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline

Yesterday, Jon, the manager of Apollo Bridgend, had the pleasure of meeting Macsim at Abercerdin Primary School. Macsim is  a 10 year old orphan from Goradets Orphanage in the Gormel district, Belarus. He has come to stay in South Wales with the Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline, Mid Glamorgan along with 9 other children and 2 teachers.

Everyone that has met Macsim has described him as being a lovely little boy who is full of life! If you’d like to find out more about the wonderful work of the Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline, you can find them on Facebook on the handle @ccllmgl.

From everyone at Apollo, we hope you all have a wonderful stay in Wales!
