Apollo Teaching Services was proud to host its Bridgend Rugby Tournament yesterday – a fantastic day of sport, energy, and teamwork.
The tournament was a huge success, with over 260 pupils from local primary schools taking part in a brilliant display of enthusiasm and talent on the rugby field. The standard of rugby on show was outstanding, with every team giving it their all in the spirit of healthy competition.
We were also thrilled to be supported by Bridgend College students, who took on the role of referees. Their professionalism and commitment played a vital role in the smooth running of the event.
After a competitive day of fixtures, Mynydd Cynffig Primary and Oldcastle Primary battled it out in a thrilling final. Oldcastle came out on top to claim victory – a huge congratulations to them, and to all the schools who took part!
