At Apollo Teaching Services, we know that strong teamwork is at the heart of everything we do—and this year’s annual team building day was the perfect reminder of that.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Margam Park, our team swapped desks for the outdoors and took on an action-packed adventure day. The highlight? A competitive (and very entertaining!) raft building challenge, where teams had to design, build, and test their creations on the water. Safe to say, some rafts were more seaworthy than others…
The energy continued with an orienteering challenge across the park, putting our problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork to the test. It was fantastic to see colleagues from across our branches working together, supporting each other, and having a great time in the process.
Days like this are more than just fun—they strengthen relationships, boost morale, and reinforce the collaborative culture that allows us to deliver outstanding service to our schools and staff.
A brilliant day all round—we’re already looking forward to next year!
