We wanted to provide our schools and staff with an update on the steps we’re taking in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.
In such unprecedented times, we have to put the health and safety of our staff first, while still providing services for the schools and staff who need us.
After weeks of discussions and meetings, we have formulated plans for the foreseeable future that will safeguard our internal staff, while still allowing us to be in constant contact with all agency staff and schools, should you need us in any way.
We have taken the following steps to ensure this happens:
- We will be remote working as far as possible, to encourage minimal contact between our staff members, however there will still be staff presence in our head office most days.
- We will still be answering all phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media messages, and communication with Apollo Teaching Services will continue to be easy. We will endeavour to respond to all communication as soon as possible.
We will keep our Facebook page, Twitter feed and website up to date with the latest news regarding COVID-19 as far as possible. However, we are aware the situation is changing rapidly. As the situation evolves, if any changes are made to our procedures, we will inform you via our social channels.
We know how stressful the current situation is for everyone, and we will do our best to support our schools and staff as much as possible. If you need to contact us for any reason, please know that we are still here and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please make sure you keep up to date with all government advice regarding COVID-19. You can find information here: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Stay safe everyone, and we’ll speak to you very soon.
